Threat to my Life
Anyone that has read either my original blog or the blogs of Evan Iliadis concerning my encounter with an Australian Psychopath in Cebu and the cruel and twisted games he played will be aware of the claim and counter claim of attempted murder.
There is so much melodrama of Jerry Springer proportions to the story that it is understandable that many would dismiss both the claims as a pathetic and laughable. I am sure I would feel that way if I read this saga about other people I did not know.
The threat to my life was very real born out of the mind of a real psychopath angry that I assisted some of his victims to make formal complaints about him.
The facsimile sent to the Police commander on Lapu Lapu by the Australian Federal Police says it all.
This is why I had to leave Cebu in a hurry.
After I left the Philippines I received reports of a couple of Filipinos driving around to my old residence and other places I was known to frequent showing my picture asking about me.
There is also an incident where my driver who stayed behind to oversee the relocation of my possessions was driving along the highway and became aware that he was being followed. The motor bike with two Filipinos came along side and my driver herd one say to the other in Filipino “it’s not him” and they drove of fast. My driver saw that the passenger had a hand gun tucked into side ready for use. There were of course no plates on the back of the bike.
